Our service 'EMFRESH for Office' is fresh and safe salad/fruit delivery to office (see: http://office.emfresh.co/ ). We install fridge in client's company and we deliver fresh salad and fruits twice a week. By using our service 'EMFRESH for Office','the company can provide healthy fringe benefit for the employees, and the employees can enjoy healthy food in the most convenience way.

Now, we are looking for an 'Operations & Sales Coordinator' to support the salad operation department (i.e. product quality assurance, searching for new ingredients & suppliers for our fresh and organic salad and other healthy veggies menu, supporting sales, and issuing invoices)

• Supporting and controlling the quality of service (Products & Package)
• Providing support for all sales and service initiatives (Ingredients Finding or Supplier Searching)
• Providing general customer service support
• Supporting the tracking and measurement of sales campaigns
• Maintaining and growing customer relationships
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisor

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Male/Female Age over 22 years old
• Fresh graduated are welcome
• Kitchen experience is a plus
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Fair written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environment
• Professional manner, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• *Ability to work long/flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Overtime allowance
• Salary: 15-20k (Negotiable)
• *Working hours Mon, Wed-Fri 8.30-17.00 / Sun 9.30-18.00 (Holidays on Tuesday and Saturday)
